ABOUT HIFTTH

Built from
Experience.

Made for FTTH.

HiFTTH is a fiber optic business built from years of
hands-on experience in quality, product engineering,
technical support and international sales.

But HiFTTH did not start with a company. It started
much earlier with an unexpected career path and
years of learning the industry step by step.

This is the story behind HiFTTH.

Where it started

My Path Was Not Planned

I grew up in a family with limited money. When I finished middle school, I had an important choice to make about my education.

I liked English and wanted to spend four years studying it. But for my family at that time, four more years of school was difficult.

So I chose a two-year vocational school instead. It offered a shorter path to work and helped graduates find jobs after school.

It was not the path I had first planned. But that choice brought me into manufacturing and later into the fiber optic industry.

“Sometimes the path you did not plan becomes the one that shapes you most.”

From School

First Factory Job

I finished school, started working, and began learning how products are really made.

MY JOURNEY IN THE INDUSTRY

From Quality to Engineering,
from Products to Customers

I did not enter the fiber optic industry as a salesperson.
I learned it step by step, from inside the factory.

2004 | Stage 01

Quality Department

Quality Clerk

My first job taught me to pay attention to details, records and product quality.

2006 | Stage 02

Manufacturing & Drawings

Metal Enclosure Draftswoman

I learned metal enclosure drawings, production processes and how a design becomes a real product.

2008 | Stage 03

Fiber Optic Products

ODF & Patch Panel Product Engineer

I started working with ODF racks, fiber patch panels and related products  from drawings and structure to production.

2011 | Stage 04

Products Meet Customers

International Technical Support

My technical experience and interest in English came together here. I began supporting international customers with product specifications, drawings and technical questions.

2016 | Stage 05

Technical to Business

Overseas Sales

My work moved closer to customers. I started to understand not only products, but also projects, sourcing, delivery and what customers really need.

Quality taught me to check.

Engineering taught me to understand.

Technical support taught me to solve.

Sales taught me to listen.

Why HiFTTH

And Eventually, HiFTTH

After years of working in quality, manufacturing, product engineering, technical support and overseas sales, I started to see the fiber optic business in a different way.

A customer needs more than a price.

They need the right product, the right specification, reliable quality, clear communication and someone who understands what they are trying to build.

That experience became the idea behind HiFTTH.
